What clients ask first.
We already have planning software. Why switch?
Most companies do not run one system but four, plus a group chat and a spreadsheet. Our systems bring request, planning, execution and invoice into one file, so numbers no longer have to be typed over by hand.
Does the system plan on its own, or do we stay in control?
The system proposes, a person decides. It reads requests, builds a feasible plan and flags conflicts. Your planner confirms. You always keep control of your own operation.
Is it built for our type of transport?
PassengerOS is built around passenger transport: taxi, care transport, coach and group travel, with all the rules of the driver world in it. LogisticsOS for goods flows is in definition, and we are shaping it with companies from the sector.
What happens when a flight is delayed or a road is blocked?
The planning accounts for flight times, delays, luggage, waiting times per trip type and traffic. When something changes during the day the system recalculates and proposes a new plan for your planner to confirm.
Does it work with our current administration and drivers?
Yes. We connect to your accounting, mail and customer systems, and the driver app works offline so a parking garage or a rural road does not stop the operation. Employed, self-employed and external drivers all fit in the same planning.
What does it cost and what happens to our data if we stop?
Because every system is fitted to your company, price follows a conversation and a written quote. Stopping is never a hostage situation: your data, trip records and logs leave with you in a readable format.
We are not a transport company. Can you help us too?
Yes, alongside our core work we take on automation projects in other sectors: invoice processing, quotes, screening, customer contact and reporting. It stays a smaller part of what we do, which also means we only accept a project when we can genuinely deliver it well.
Where does our data live and who can reach it?
On your own hardware or in a European cloud under your name, you choose. Keys stay yours, every component runs with permissions per role, and every change is logged and can be read back afterwards.
How long does it take before we can actually use it?
A single automation often runs within a few weeks. A full operations system is introduced in parts, so you gain something from the first delivery instead of waiting for one big go-live.
Do we have to give up the tools our team already knows?
No. We connect to what you already use, from Exact for the bookkeeping to mail, calendar and customer systems. The goal is one shared truth, not another login for your team.
