LogisticsOS includes shipments and planning, a route planner with route optimisation and load-space layout, a driver app, proof of delivery, packaging registration and invoicing. Invoices for completed trips are ready for you to upload to your accounting software. An accounting integration is not included.
Planning in PassengerOS accounts for flight times, delays, luggage, waiting times per trip type and traffic. When something changes during the day the system recalculates and proposes a new plan for your planner to confirm.

We connect to the email and customer management systems you already use. Drivers work in the same PassengerOS system. Employed drivers, sole traders and external drivers fit in the same planning.
PassengerOS and LogisticsOS are available as Basic (a fixed monthly fee per company, all modules, unlimited users) or Enterprise (configured for your processes, optionally with AI agents, price on request). Both have one-time start-up costs. Ask us for the current Basic price. If you stop, you receive your data, trip records and logs in a readable format.
OS247 takes on automation projects in other sectors alongside its core work: invoice processing, quotes, screening, customer contact and reporting. It stays a smaller part of what we do, which also means we only accept a project when we can deliver it well.
OS247 systems run on your own hardware or in a European cloud under your name, you choose. Keys stay yours, every component runs with permissions per role, and every change is logged and can be read back afterwards. Note: if a solution uses external AI models (for example from US providers), the data needed for those requests is processed by that provider, possibly outside the EU. We agree on this with you explicitly beforehand. Running fully within the EU or fully on-premise is possible as a separate option, at additional cost.
A single automation by OS247 often runs within a few weeks. A full operations system is introduced in parts, so you gain something from the first delivery instead of waiting for one big go-live.
PassengerOS and LogisticsOS do not require you to give up your familiar tools. Invoices are ready for your own accounting software, and we connect to the email, calendar and customer management systems you already use.
