What is this transport management system?
LogisticsOS by OS247 is a transport management system (TMS) for freight transport and distribution companies. It brings planning, route planning, driver tasks, proof of delivery, packaging registration and invoicing together and replaces separate planning, administration and invoicing tools. The system runs on the company's own hardware or in an EU cloud. Employees work from one workflow and retain control over operational decisions. For sole traders, partnerships and SMEs in freight transport and distribution. The software interface is available in Dutch and English.

Route planner with route optimisation and load-space layout
The system proposes the stop order and draws the load-space layout for each stop, so goods for the last stop are not placed first in the unloading order. The planner reviews the proposal and decides.
Driver app
The driver views the trip, completes the stops and reports any issues directly to the office.
Proof of delivery
Digital proof of delivery with a signature and photo, plus e-CMR, saved directly in the trip record.
Packaging registration
Delivered and returned packaging is recorded for each customer, with a running balance.
Invoicing
Invoices for completed trips are ready for you to upload to your own accounting software.

The planner brings the transport work together. The team prepares what needs to be handled and keeps the administrative basis with the operation.

LogisticsOS proposes, a person decides. LogisticsOS supports planning, execution, registration and invoicing, while authorised employees remain responsible for the decisions.

Everything in Basic, configured around your processes and requirements. Your own workflows, fields and documents, with your own rules and approvals. Integrations with your planning, customer management and email systems. Everything is configurable, so you do not have to adapt to a fixed package. A dedicated contact and delivery in stages. Optionally, we deploy AI agents that take over recurring tasks in your process, such as processing requests or preparing quotes. Price on request.
